Melissa Hetrick, DO - 1st year fellow

Dr. Hetrick grew up in Michigan prior to attending Loyola University Chicago for her undergraduate studies in History, French Language and Literature. Throughout college, she worked as an EMT and became a founding member of an on-campus emergency medical services program. She earned her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine where she held numerous leadership positions. She completed her residency at Allegheny Health Network where she served as the chief of minimally invasive surgery and resident wellness. In her spare time, Dr. Hetrick enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. 

Brandon Diaz, MD - 2nd year fellow

Dr. Diaz grew up in South Florida and attended the University of Miami where he graduated cum laude with a degree in Biology. He obtained his medical degree from UCC in Puerto Rico in 2016, graduating Magna Cum Laude and completed his general surgery residency at Kendall Regional Medical Center in Miami, FL. In his spare time he enjoys scuba diving, fishing, and reading
