The Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery program at Beaumont Hospital, Farmington Hills is a five-year residency, including the tracked internship. Established in 1979, Beaumont Hospital, Farmington Hills proudly supports the education and surgical training of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery residents and has many ENT graduates
across the country. The program is accredited by the ACGME.

and medical students to continue our tradition of providing compassionate, extraordinary care to a diverse population. The Beaumont, Farmington Hills Otolaryngology Residency Program is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience that
prepares physicians to meet the demands of a contemporary medical and surgical practice in urban and suburban community hospitals. Residents learn to provide patient- and family-centered care, contributing to the health and well-being of patients
throughout the community. The Otolaryngology residency program will continue to make every effort to instill core values of compassion, professionalism, integrity, and excellence.

aims:

- To cultivate knowledgeable and compassionate Otolaryngologists dedicated to providing extraordinary care to the communities, patients, and families they serve.
- To prepare future Otolaryngologists with the clinical, humanistic, and professional skills necessary to deliver high quality care within the confines of effective and efficient resource utilization.
- To develop physicians, through progressive responsibility and experience, for the care and treatment of all patients in all aspects of Otolaryngology diseases and disorders
The residency provides a wide exposure to techniques involving management of head and neck pathology, pediatric ENT, head and neck trauma, airway emergencies, as well as post-operative care of patients. ENT residents provide all Emergency Department
call and inpatient consultation services with supervision from attending physicians.
Affiliated with the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine (MSUCOM) ENT residents coordinate and participate in the Statewide Campus
System (SCS) Otolaryngology Symposiums of
