Application Fee

• $40 (non-refundable)

Refund Policy

• $40 application fee is non-refundable
• Cancellations made more than two weeks prior to class start date will receive a $50 penalty
• Once class begins $950 is non-refundable
• Once the clinical rotation period begins (after live/lecture/hands-on training), full tuition is non-refundable
• Beaumont’s Integrative Medicine department reserves the right to terminate student participation in the Oncology and Hospital Massage Program for unethical behavior and/or display of inappropriate behavior
  • Termination will be immediate under these circumstances and does not entitle the participant to any refund or reimbursement

Uniforms

• Provided by student
• Purple/grape scrub top and pants
• Clean white shoes and socks
• Uniforms must be worn Day 4, 5, & 6 of classroom/hands-on and during all clinical rotation hours.
